初コラボ★EF神戸 x fabbit神戸三宮 x Newtalk英会話★

こんにちは！私たちは世界中に私立の語学学校を持つEFです。
この度、コワーキングスペース fabbit神戸三宮にて国際交流イベントを初開催！

三ノ宮駅から徒歩圏内（花時計駅C5出口直結）の10階にあるお洒落できれいなスペースで、お花見気分で神戸のお菓子を食べながら楽しく会話やゲームをしましょう

海外や英語に興味がある方ならどなたでもご参加いただけます❣(18歳以上)
英語を話したい方は、プロの英語の先生もいるので英会話の練習をしましょう✨

イベント内容
神戸のお菓子を食べながら お花見気分で国際交流
アイスブレイク（ゲーム）
フリートーク（席替えは2回予定）

参加費500円（ドリンク・軽食込み）
※参加いただく際には、なるべくおつりのないよう、ちょうどお持ちいただきますよう、お願い申し上げます。

★注意事項
※恐れ入りますが、No Show防止のためAttendを押した後にメッセージで確認の連絡をさせていただく場合があります。ご返信がない場合、キャンセル待ちリストに移動させていただきますので予めご了承ください。

※予約をキャンセルされる場合、12日午後6時までにご連絡を必ずお願いいたします。当日無断キャンセルの場合は参加費全額が発生します。また、当グループから除外させていただきますのでご注意ください。

※ 交流会開始時にアンケートを実施いたします。

※イベント中、SNSなどに使用する写真撮影をさせていただきますが、写真に写りたくない場合はあらかじめお知らせください。

※天候の都合などで開催が中止になる場合がございます。その場合はイベント開始時刻の3時間前にこちらで連絡させていただきます。

※外国人の参加率については当日まで確定しないため、予めご了承ください。

First Collaboration ★ EF Kobe x fabbit KobeSannomiya x Newtalk English Conversation ★

Hello! We are EF, a private language school with branches all over the world.
We are thrilled to announce our first international exchange event held at the fabbit KobeSannomiya coworking space!
Join us for a fun-filled evening of conversations, games, and enjoying Kobe's delicious sweets in a stylish and beautiful space on the 10th floor, within walking distance from Sannomiya Station (directly connected to the Hanatoki Station Exit C5). It'll be like having a cherry blossom viewing experience!
Anyone with an interest in overseas cultures or English is welcome to join us ❣ (Participants must be 18 years old or above).
For those who want to practice English, we have professional English teachers available for English conversation practice ✨

Participation Fee

500 yen
＊When participating, we kindly request that you bring exactly ¥500, as we will not be able to provide change.

★ Important Notes

• Pressing "Attend" does not guarantee participation. We will send a message to those who have confirmed their attendance, and only those who receive the message will be able to attend.
• **If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us by 6:00 PM on the 12th
• In the case of a no-show cancellation on the day of the event, we will take measures to remove you from the group. We kindly ask that you refrain from canceling as it causes inconvenience to everyone, even for cancellations made before the day prior.
• During the event, we will kindly ask for your cooperation in completing a questionnaire. (Japanese participants are required to complete the questionnaire for event participation, which takes about 30 seconds.)
• Please note that there may be a brief promotion about our company during the event.
• We may take photographs during the event for use on social media and other platforms. If you prefer not to be photographed, please let us know in advance.
• In the event of unfavorable weather conditions or other circumstances that may lead to event cancellation, we will notify you through this Meet Up platform at least 3 hours prior to the scheduled event start time.

If you have come to the office without receiving a confirmation message for your participation, please be aware that there is a possibility of only participating in the networking session as there may be a shortage of ingredients for Japanese sweets. Thank you for your understanding.
