Business English 1: Working Internationally

Overview/概要

2016年1月12日（火）スタート！毎週火曜日19時30分から全9回にわたり、シャーミン講師による『Business English 1: Working Internationally』を開催いたします。「現在英語を使う仕事をしている／これから英語を使う仕事に就職・転職したい／海外で仕事がしたい、でも、いまいち自分の英語に自信がない」、といった方にお勧めのコースです。

本コースの目標は、国際的に活躍するためのビジネス英語力を習得すること。1年間全4タームを通して、国際的なビジネスで必要とされるさまざまな場面をとりあげ、その場面ごとに必要な英会話を鍛えます。第1タームでとりあげる場面は、「日本と海外のビジネス文化の違い」「ビジネスで必要とされる自己紹介」「丁寧な英語とくだけた英語、どちらを使うか」「面接対策」「E-mailの書き方」「レジュメの書き方」などなど。レッスンでは、ライティングの宿題やスピーキングの課題などもあり、しっかりと勉強をすることができます。

1年間全4タームを修了すれば、参加者の英語力だけでなく国際的なビジネス感覚も鍛えられ、自信を持ってビジネスで英語を使うことができるようになります。もちろん、全4タームに参加せず、興味のあるタームだけに参加することも可能です。

Course Summary

So, you’ve started working for an international company. Or, perhaps you are using English in your current workplace? Are you currently thinking about applying for international companies in the future? Then this course is for you.

By the end of this course, you will learn the ins and outs of business English. From interview etiquette, resume writing, to making graphs, and writing business reports, this year-long program (four courses) will guide you in your international Business English journey.

It all starts with Business English 1: Working Internationally. What is the difference between Japanese and other cultures? How do we build business connections? What are the criteria for applying to international companies companies? How do we do interviews? What are the basic dos and don’ts in standard work etiquette? This course will be a great guide for you to enter the international corporate world.

Lesson 4: Introduction to business e-mails: The key points

レベルに関して不安がある方は、当校までお問い合わせください。

 受講規定について

• クラス開講人数に満たない場合は、中止または延期となる場合がございます。その際は、当校から参加者の皆様へご連絡をいたします。

• 担当講師の病気や、大雪・台風などの悪天候による交通事情のトラブルなど、やむを得ぬ事情で担当講師が授業を行えない場合は、休講・代講（代理講師による授業）・補講（別日を指定しての授業）となります。

• 一旦納入された授業料は原則として返金できません。但し、当校の事情により授業を行うことができない場合は、授業料全額もしくはその一部を返金いたします。
